PERHAPS I MIGHT FALL ON SOMEONE?
I have made it clear to all and sundry that I am seriously crippled and virtually incapable of inflicting damage on anyone or anything. I will collapse under almost any pressure. I have Shell Shock, Tonic Immobility, Collapse Immobility.
My way of dealing with most situations after my December 1986 accident injury was to find some way to quietly and on my own recover from injury and try to procure myself a job which would satisfy my artistic and creative inclinations.
Again, I think of the 1974 Jewellery Factory procedures, I rolled around on chairs, all alone at the factory almost always. My employees came to work at a different time than I did in the first few years. It is five thirty am, in Downtown Vancouver; the Harris Platinum Torch throws foot long 3500* flames in red and blue, the steam machine is hissing, the kiln is roaring and the door is locked.
Casting Time at Advanded Method Jewellery Manufacturing, I did not think I would miss it when I sold the Factory. I did not like the selling job which had to be done but casting the multiple objects was very satisfying. Artisan and Artist, I love doing what I do, not menial forced labor. Picture is similar to my casting gear.
I still have factory equipment, I hope that most of it is still there. As I lay virtually paralyzed a few years back theives took a number of items that I know are gone.
I made contact with many Artists and Musicians. Russell Smith was a Silversmith, a Chief, who had to make a precious gift for each member of his Tribe on his Inaugeration. He invited me to play with his Indian Rockabilly Band at the notoroius Skid Row Bar, The Marr Hotel; I did. The factory connected me.
Writing was main thing that I did besides the continual meeting with different musicians and learning how to play their music, what they had written and what they had learned. Harmonica is not generally a foundational musical movement establishment instrument. It can be structural but it is generally decorative.
At certain points in the year there would be little or no work for me at the factory.
I would concentrate on my music which did not garner respect but instead there was condemnation; I was crazy or on an ego trip. I had played harmonica since 1968 constantly. If I had still been at UNB or had my inherited money with which I was going to buy a small Hotel, my Harmonica efforts would be praised.
There are persons who despite being useless, dumb and non productive will use any characteristic or activity of other persons to drag them down, make them less than the zero they the carping accusers are. Anything possible would be used to defame men like myself to Police.
Practice at music is at an Art that could be very interesting and lucerative. I had practiced and performed for twenty five years by 1990.
This is a list of Artistic, Musical and Writing artifacts lost in the fire in 1980. Not to mention the Paintings, Collages and Paper Maché Art.
I had 144 Hohner Diatonic Harmonicas, stocked as they wear out often.
I had an excellent Church Organ, and an Ace Tone Electric Piano, not excellent.
I had a 1957 Fender Jazz Master in Fender Factory Custom Metalflake Green with a real Tortise Shell Pick Guard. It had a Fender Vibrolux Amplifier.
I had a 1949 Kalamazoo Slide Guitar, made by Gibson, with its matching Amplifier. There was a Violin, a Ukellale and German and Italian Accordions.
I had three really neat Amplifiers equipped with Altec Lansing and JBL speakers.
My gut string Classical guitar my Aunt got me from Mexico, my Kay Jumbo Steel String guitar was top of the line with Abalone Inlay which the Jazz had too.
Until 1990, I had not written anything since the 1980 arson destroyed my musical instruments, all of the tapes of original music and every single thing I had written.
There were probably only a few songs, but I had written both prose and poetry, trying that difficult task the writer has to shift to long screen plays and novels.

EVERYTHING I HAD OWNED WAS GONE AND MY WIFE HAD TAKEN OVER THE HOUSE RE-BUILD AND FAMILY BUSINESS BY THREATENING DIVORCE TO BANKRUPT ME. SHE IS SO DUMB AND CRAZY THAT THE HOUSE IS IN AN ACTUAL WATER FILLED HOLE, I AM PENNILESS,IN RAGS AND I HAVE ONLY A SMASHED UP CAR TO DRIVE.
I was saddened to despair, I was going to Vancouver with no food money and not much gas, putting a driving look on my face:

The ex wife appealed to Lawyers, Police, Courts, and the CRD. She needed me out of my studio and on the street. She claimed the shed was to be her bakery.
I am overruled with my sole ownership of my property and my twenty five years practicing at Harmonica. SHE HAD THE OVERWHELMING NECESSITY AND HAD SO MUCH INVESTED IN HER ONLY JOB. SHE HAD TO BE IN CHARGE OF A MAJOR BUSINESS OR I WOULD BE DIVORCED AND CUT OUT OF MY FATHER'S WILL. Her 4 years of experience trumped 25 years of mine. She lost everything I owned. I owed more than my home my only asset. She continued her extortion, generating lawyer's letters which reflect criminal intent.
Trixie Dashevsky or Betty Dash or Betty Collard I do not know what her legal name would be.
Her four year ninety five thousand dollar failure in business would necessitate giving her my property; she needed it for business. She got $30,000. instead in cash at Tyler Luccies Office. She and her Lawyer agreed to go away forever, she had a debt but got a payment instead and lost it in her next business effort. She, had she gotten any possession of my property would have borrowed against it to keep her business afloat and she would have lost my property.
SHE GOT THE WRONG IDEA WHEN I OFFERED TO BUILD HER A HOME AS AN INDUCEMENT TO STOP TRYING TO PUT ME OUT OF MY HOUSE ON THE STREET AND BADLY CRIPPLED. I WAS WILLING TO DO THAT TO HOUSE MY CHILDREN. I WAS GOING TO STRUCTURE THE DEAL SO SHE COULD NOT BORROW AND LOSE THE CHILDREN'S HOUSE.
I DID NOT WILLINGLY OFFER ANYTHING ELSE. SHE DEMANDED AND GOT $30000. INSTEAD. SHE AND HER LAWYER PLANNED TO DEFRAUD WELFARE. SHE DEMANDED THE MONEY IN CASH. SHE WAS SURE THAT SHE WAS A BUSINESS WHIZ ( BRUCE LOGAN LAUNDERED IT.)
I WAS CONCERNED, BUT SHE SAID IT WAS NOT UNCOMMON FOR TYLER LUCCIES TO RECEIVE CASH AT HIS OFFICE. HEY, IF HER LAWYER NOW A JUDGE IS THERE IT HAS TO BE LEGITIMATE, RIGHT.
There is a letter, perhaps it is an affidavit, that she will not get any more money.
THEN MY EX WIFE AND HER LAWYER REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS. REALLY: YOU MAKE A DEAL WITH HER WITH HER LAWYER THERE IN HIS OFFICE AND IT IS NOT AN ACTUAL SETTLEMENT!
I DID NOT KNOW THIS I THOUGHT SHE HAD ACTUALLY SETTLED SO I MOVED ON WITHOUT CONFRONTATION. INSTEAD: SHE EXTORTED ME. "THIS IS BLACKMAIL" SHE SAID AT HER LAWYER'S OFFICE.
I CRIED TIME AND TIME AGAIN, PENNILESS AFTER I GAVE HER AND MY MOTHER THE MONEY I COULD HAVE BOUGHT CLOTHES OR SHOES WITH. PEOPLE SCORNED ME, I REMENBER TEENAGERS MOCKING ME BECAUSE MY SECOND HAND PANTS WERE TOO SHORT.
I WOULD BE SMASHED INTO IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND I LOOKED SO POOR THAT NO ONE CARED AND POLICE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME BECAUSE I LOOKED LIKE I WAS FROM THE UNDERCLASS.
PENNILESS, HUNTED BY POLICE AS WELL, I GOT OUT MY HARMONICAS TO START OVER AND TO TRY TO RESUME MY MUSICAL PROJECTS IN 1990.
I HAD BEEN ENSLAVED AT MY WIFE'S CHOCOLATE FACTORY AND THEN I WAS EXTORTED TO GROW MARIJUANA AND HAD TO GIVE "UNDER THE TABLE" PAYMENTS TO HER AND MY MOTHER.
THERE IS A GREAT DESIRE TO SMOOTHE AND POLISH AND PORTRAY THE MESSAGE.
MUSICIANS LEARN AND UNDERSTAND AND FAITHFULLY REPRODUCE A MESSAGE.
WRITERS AND COMPOSERS CREATE A MESSAGE AND CONDUCT OR PERFORM THE MESSAGE WHICH INSPIRED THEM.
There is a feeling which accompanies musical performance. There is a wind at your back physically and thought is accelerated mentally and you are exhilirated emotionally. When you are leading an extemporization or a musical interlude there is a sense of a dramatic and exciting emotion.
I like to dance, dance while playing harmonica, dance with partners and dance while inventing music and writing lyrics. I will compose a piece and sequence it and dance and set different rythyms and time signatures and I will sing as I write lyrics. I keep the lyric sheets on the keyboard and rewrite lyrics as I practice.
Attending a Musical Trade school or being a sideman produces a different musician. I do not know if they experience the heady feelings felt by those of us who are driven to play by an internal muse. If you make it to the big light show stages there are heady feelings as you perform and crowds roar. Fame must be wildly heady.
The act of authorship as I write a song has a satisfaction like to pronouncing a difficult string of words or balancing a stack of dishes or cooking a great dish. A balance is held and a theme is faithfully followed and a vision builds in my mind.
DELICIOUS IMAGININGS CAN COME IN TO MY MIND LIKE A MOVIE OR ART COME TO LIFE. I WILL PORTRAY THE IMAGININGS AND EXPAND ON THE VISIONS AND THE SOUNDS AND PERFORM THEM. THIS IS THE MOST PROFOUND EXPERIENCE IN SONGWRITING I BELIEVE.
Much of the music I invent is produced by playing a sequence of chords over and over with small changes until a bar of the new musical creation seems to be developed enough to record and play along with to recall it and keep working on it in the past and for a quarter century, fortunately at the first perfect birth of the musical movement I CAN sequence it. I can play along and develop or computer enhance and alter the new music and continue to play along with it or add to it.
Writing an Ablum is even more deeply metaphysical and driven by emotion with intense feeling as I voyage deeper into a new world of musical creation.
IT IS MINDBLOWING I LOVE THE FEELING OF HAVING MY MIND BLOWN LIKE THIS.
THAT IS WHY I DID IT AND WHY I DO IT.
WHEN PEOPLE REACH DOWN AND TELL YOU WHERE IT IS AT AND HOW SCREWED OR LOST YOU ARE THEY ARE UTTERING STATEMENTS AGAINST THEIR OWN INTEREST SETTING UP THEIR OWN CONVICTION.
The statements to demean you declare a criminal intent when you are hampered. All hampering is malfeasance and therefore that is a criminal offence.
The opposite of what the intention of the statement can result. For Instance.
"He is crazy he thinks he is going to be a Rock Star." That statement conveys the information that the speaker knows that I have an intent to be a successful musical performer.
THE WORDS "ROCK STAR" HAD NOT EVER BEEN SPOKEN NOR WRITTEN BY MYSELF BEFORE 2000. I certainly never said that was to be.
This shows that the statement was "made up". Persons demeaning hard practicing musicians used "Rock Star"as a pejorative term.
I had not spoken of anything but desiring to write and to perform and that I sought to be employed as a musician. I did not even know how lucrative that was. I enjoyed practicing and working on arrangement and performing much more than the hard and long labours I was forced to undertake by my wife and my sibling family. They "Took Me Down" and I worked for no pay for decades.
THEY STOLE EVERYTHING I HAD. I THINK THEY FELT JUSTIFIED STEALING MAIL AND INHERITANCES AND DEFAMING ME; AFTER ALL I WAS CRAZY THOUGHT I...
The statement conveys information that the speaker is opposed to my own determination of what I will do. The statement gives clues about how the speaker will hamper me.
RCMP Constable Champagne said " We are going to put an end to all the fun here". That was about music practice and admits I had practiced previously. The statement declares an intent to end my business and artistic project. The choice of the demeaning to a practicing musician "Fun" indicates Champagne's criminal disregard for my livelihood and financial plans and my Charter Rights.
Postscript September 7 2020: The finest thing in my life was my Music Project. Surely, one would think, any Musical Creation Endeavor would be beyond reproach. It was the declared project of Family Members and absurdly, Police as well, to "Put an end to the Fun" said RCMP Champagne.
ALL WHO SEEK TO HAMPER ARE CRIMINALS. WHO AND WHAT ARE THESE INSANE PERSONS WHO THINK THEY SHOULD BE IN CHARGE OF MY ACTIVITIES?
